Property for future

Went for house hunting wif my sis, Hani Azirah and her fren, Muha


Targeting area around Ampang and Wangsa Maju. We went to Riana Green, Desa Putra and VillaWangsamas. All of use fell in love with the spacious, unique and comfy design of Villa Wangsamas.......and the price is affordable.....


Oh gosh, now I realize that I am clueless about future property.


BLR, Bank Loan % .....blablabla.....the only thing that absorbed in my fren from the hunting is 'Free Hold', which means Hak Milik Kekal, forever will be your property la. OIC. OMG!!! Then if not Free Hold, ur property only will be defined as yours for certain number of years usually 99 years only. Sorry if I am wrong.



I always dream a comfy apartment with modern interior. But my bf prefer landed home due it has land...huhuhu...his right bout that. But when we can have the house? We targeted to rent a small flat or apartment for few months/years, then only buy our house.



My sis said, first u must know ur dream and than only u'll know how to find the money(to make ur dream come true)

Then yesterday, she told me she decided to buy 2nd hand apartment. She said if buy property under construction, bank include the construction risk percentage/calculation...or something related to that. so, if new property, need to pay more for property loan.

She also mentioned the high density, the higher density(the more block/people buy the same property)......the harder u can sell back the property in future since there are many other people would sell property as you are. Unless you really want to settle down..or maybe money doesn't matter to you at all.....

I have no savings except for my wedding and after few month of wedding. Huhu...must save and gain more money......(suddenly i rememeber the song....it's all bout the money....it's all bout the dam dam da di dan da...hehehehe)


Tips for property hunting : MUST bring experienced frens/family along to consult you.
